作者：郭兴成，常宁市国税局机关党委办公室主任，中共常宁市第十一次代表大会代表，政协常宁市第十届委员会委员，湖南省国税“新境界”摄影协会衡阳分会副主席，常宁市摄影家协会副主席。工作之余，喜爱摄影、写作、绘画。2002年荣获衡阳市新闻摄影十佳新秀；摄影作品《常宁风光》组照、《采煤矿工》连续两次荣获全国税务系统“与税同行”摄影大赛三等奖，并先后有80多幅摄影作品在中央、省、市刊物上发表和衡阳市各项摄影比赛获奖。
