0);">外省入湘人员均需查验通信大数据行程卡和湖南省居民健康卡。从 14天内有本土疫情发生省份入湘返湘的人员，均需查验48小时内（以采样时间计算）新冠病毒核酸检测阴性证明，并在抵湘后24小时内做一次核酸检测。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;text-indent: 2em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 0);">一旦发现健康码为红码或者黄码，应第一时间主动向所在（村）社区、工作单位或所住酒店报备，配合落实相关防控措施。湖南省居民电子健康码红码人员原则上就地隔离，根据流调情况采取防疫管理措施。黄码人员根据旅居史和核酸检测结果落实相关管控措施。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;text-indent: 2em;margin-top:
