24px;">据负责此次手术的肾内科主任、副主任医师詹行闻介绍，当肾衰竭发展到终末期，也就是老百姓通俗所说的尿毒症时期，需要行肾脏替代治疗了。腹膜透析与血液透析一样是尿毒症患者常用的一种治疗方法，是利用人体自身的腹膜作为透析膜的一种透析方式。通过灌入腹腔的透析液与腹膜另一侧的毛细血管内的血浆成分进行溶质和水分的交换，将体内潴留的代谢产物、过多的水分和毒素排出体外，以达到清除体内代谢产物、毒性物质以及纠正水、电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱，同时通过透析液补充机体所必需的物质，通过不断的更新腹透液，达到肾脏替代或支持治疗的目的。腹膜透析置管术是选择最适当的腹膜透析置管点，准确将导管腹腔段末端置于膀胱直肠窝或子宫直肠窝的技术。目的是建立腹膜透析液进出腹腔的通路，而建立通畅的腹膜透析通路是进行腹膜透析的首要条件，也是关键的一步。</p></section></section></section></section><section 24px;">一是血液透析必须要在医院完成治疗，而腹膜透析可以在家里完成治疗。血液透析又称人工肾，必须要在医院由医生和护士借助透析机、透析器、透析液来完成患者体内毒素和水分的清除，不需要病人自己额外操心。而腹膜透析病人在家可以完成的治疗，在经过医生指导后，病人本人可以操作。在疫情期间，腹膜透析这种病人居家就可以完成的治疗方法，杜绝了病人外出交叉感染病毒的机会，更有利于疫情的防控。</p></section></section></section></section><section 24px;">二是适用症也有区别。血液透析除了尿毒症常规治疗外，也特别适用于已经出现高钾血症、急性心脏衰竭等严重并发症的患者，也可以用作紧急抢救治疗，但对病人残肾功能保护要差。腹膜透析特别适用于早期尿毒症患者，利用病人的腹膜，通过向腹腔内灌注腹透液来完成毒素和水分的清除，对患者残肾功能保护比血液透析要好。</p></section></section></section></section><section 24px;">三是腹膜透析相对血液透析来说，病人行动较为自由。血液透析由于需借助血透机，故病人需要每周到医院2-3次，每次透析时必须卧床等待4-6小时。腹膜透析在做完成腹膜透析置管术后，对病人的限制相对较小，病人购买腹膜透析液以后，经医生指导基本可以居家自理，每日需透析3-4次，单次花费时间较少，每次只需操作20分钟左右即可自由活动。还可以借助全自动腹膜透析机，患者只需晚上躺床透析，白天可以自由活动。</p></section></section></section></section><section
